Still on Victor Ezedire, and his impressions
My art is born out of a deep revelation that the whole world exists in a “Fluid State” i.e. human, trees, animals, air, water, fire etc are all flowing in and out of each other in beautiful streams of color. In my desire to communicate this revelation to all, I have chosen the “Oil Sticks” as my tool of expression. Sometimes, because of the seemingly liquid state of my art I tend to use lines to break the flow, to enable my viewers to actually make out forms in my work. My subjects are mostly the female figure, for I believe in its wholeness and beauty.

There remain an unsung tune of men and women who go against the grain, but silent in their terrain- leaving etched patterns on the sands of time. Peculiar they stand,eccentic they may appear… Highlights of such are what I drive here. And such cannot walk amongst us yet unsung.
